To transfer your artwork files to us via FTP please follow the instructions below.
Login details: Contact your VFX account manager for the Username & Password.
For PC users: Open in Windows Explorer, navigate to ftp://ftp.vfx.com.au and then click 'View’ > Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer' from the main men.
Mac users please use your favourite FTP software to connect to our FTP server i.e. FileZilla (software), FireFTP (Firefox plugin). FireFTP – it’s an add-on for the Firefox browser that is both quick and easy to use. It is free. Please check with your IT division before installing.
